The project is about the creation of three fully-furnished tourist houses. Two out of the three come with an attic space, while one meets all the requirements to accommodate people with disabilities. All the residences are accessible from the north side (entrance), while the south side accommodates the private swimming pools and the outdoor sitting areas. Planted terraces with shrubs, seasonal plants and olive trees have been created between the houses in order to "visually" isolate each house from the other, ensure privacy and also contribute to the better adaptation of the houses into their natural environment.
The houses are placed on the site in such a way that “follow” the sloping terrain. This led to a height difference of each residence from the next, which resulted in the maximum unobstructed view and privacy for each house.
